TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read carefully as once your ticket has been purchased, you are by default accepting our terms and conditions.
In these Booking Conditions references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added or transferred.
Your booking and contract are governed exclusively by English law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

By making a booking, the first named person on the booking agrees on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking that:

• He/she has read these Booking Conditions and has the authority to and does agree to be bound by them.
• He/she consents to our use of personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is authorised on behalf of all persons named on the booking to disclose their personal details to us, including where applicable special categories of data (such as information on health conditions or disabilities and dietary requirements).
• He/she is over 18 years of age and where placing an order for services with age restrictions declares that he/she and all members of the party are of the appropriate age to purchase those services.
• He/she accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of all persons detailed on the booking.

Service Availability

• All tour venues have restricted availability and are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. In the event that your tour and its customisations cannot be satisfied due to lack of availability or service on the requested dates, we reserve the right to offer different customisations or alternative dates.

Booking confirmation

• You will not receive your booking confirmation from Grape Discovery until full payment has been received.
• Your booking is not confirmed until we send you a booking confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse a booking for any lawful reason. In the case of a booking refusal a full refund will be provided.
• If for any reason you do not receive a booking confirmation within 48 hours after booking and payment, please contact Grape Discovery.
• We do not accept responsibility for incorrect email and phone numbers if the confirmation does not reach you.

Cancellations and Refunds

• We do not provide refunds once you have completed a tour booking. You can reassign your booking to another person if you are unable to attend the tour.
• Private group bookings are required to provide 6 weeks notice of cancellation.
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Tours already booked cannot be cancelled and re-booked where special offers are made available. This applies to all special offers.
• Should you be running late and miss any of your scheduled itinerary, we are unable to offer a refund.

Tour Itineraries

• Travel times are approximate and are dependant on traffic. Please check for incidents and delays before traveling.
• You are responsible for getting to each scheduled itinerary venue on time. If you are running late please call the venue directly to notify them.
• All itineraries are customised and subject to change. Grape Discovery itineraries provided on the Grape Discovery website or third party sites are for marketing purposes only and cannot be guaranteed for your booking.
• You are responsible for providing your own transport for all Grape Discovery self-guided tours. 
• The finalised itinerary for your booking will be provided 7 days before your tour date. If your tour date is within 7 days of your booking date your itinerary will be provided within 48 hours after booking.
• We are unable to guarantee changes to your itinerary if you request changes to your customisation options or mode of transport after booking.
• Tours will go ahead rain or shine.

Insurance

• We can not take responsibility for any injuries or loss to you incurred while on any tour.
• We accept no responsibility for the damage, theft or loss to personal belongings from at any time during the duration of your tour.
• Grape Discovery does not provide any travel insurance cover.

Tour Duration

• When travelling on a Grape Discovery self-guided tour you must obey all road laws of the country you are in. This applies whatever your mode of transport.
• You must follow the instructions of staff at each venue who may make decisions based on the interest of safety for customers and vineyard staff.
• If you do not comply with the venue staff members, become violent or cause upset to other customers, we reserve the right for you to be removed and to not allow you to continue the tour.
• If you are refused the right to continue the tour, we will not be liable for any refund, compensation or any additional costs incurred by you.
• We cannot accept liability for the behaviour of others.
• During the tour, photographs and videos may be taken that we may use on the Grape Discovery website & Social Media Channels.

Complaints

• If in the unlikely event you have a complaint that needs resolving, please contact us immediately, we will try to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
• If we have been unable to resolve the complaint straight away or you are unhappy with the solution provided, please send your complaint in writing to Grape Discovery where we will respond within 30 days.

Credit Card Payments

• Payment processing services for customers of Grape Discovery are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service(collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”).
• By agreeing to these terms or continuing to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time.
• As a condition of Grape Discovery enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Grape Discovery accurate and complete information about yourself, and you authorise Grape Discovery to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.
